G Herbo recently released Greatest Rapper Alive, which sounds like a melting pot of homage. Before his album release, he still faced a lot of roadblocks, controversy, drama, but a lot more blessings. He did it all, still never skipping his best fashion choices. Let’s take a dive into the album while we discuss his latest looks.
The album opens with a Ye-inspired track to acknowledge his contributions to the music industry for Chicago rappers. Despite the controversy, Ye’s contribution to music is undeniable.

He even nodded to Soulja Boy on Bill Gluckman ft Big Opp, using his sample from Soulja Boy’s Shootout. This comes as a satisfying surprise, and I’m happy to see Soulja Boy get much-needed credit for moving the music industry into a digital space.

Later, he paid homage to Bow Wow using the Let Me Hold You ft. Omorion sample. The song was so unexpected. The producer did an amazing job. He also made a special song for his daughter, which promises he’ll protect her and show her a side of life that allows her to make the best choices when it comes to relationships.

He has other gems on the album too, but I won’t give it all way. I just don’t think he gets enough recognition for his fashion choices.

Herbo also has a merch collection that boasts his alias “Big Swerv”. The merch is available on his website, which I want to highlight. Before you get to the actual merch shopping page, of course it’s the landing page/home page. The graphics and color choices look so fresh and inspiring while we’re in a time of AI carbon copies of digital design. He even has his own mobile app available for download on iPhone or Android.
